I'm not sure if anyone else saw this presentation but there are some provocative ideas here related to more assertively managing portfolios. I'd be curious to hear if others are following some of these practices as well as if there's any interest in testing some of them.
I thought the graph in here regarding managed prospects by evaluation level was great! The team's metrics were also very interesting - moving away from visits. Northwestern/Kellogg does require all prospects be visited before moving into a gift officer's portfolio.
