New topic for future discussion: How to store and maintain Donor Journey notes for donors in the CRM system? At Notre Dame, we gather important data on donors during meetings with fundraisers and leaderships that reside in Google sheets, Slides, Docs outside the system. Notes relate to strategy sessions, stewardship planning, pledge status, etc. We'd like to know what others are doing to capture information to keep the team informed.
We haven't had to write a Prospect Management JD in awhile, but will here in the next few months. Happy to share when we draft it - will likely have some campaign component!
Wondering how you all might be incorporating campaign work and data work into job descriptions? Would love to see your boiler plate descriptions as we think about making updates to ours.
