As follow up to the large group discussion, the benchmarking group is proposing the following approach and process to move forward. Please respond with questions and conversation by November 30, 2020.
Quarterly topics vetted through the specialty groups and voted on by full group to narrow to 2-3 topics/questions
Use the Forum for timely questions that need immediate response (please set up your alerts)
Establish base level content that would be updated annually
Specialty groups should have a list of topics/questions (please be specific and provide context) to Michele Miller (firstname.lastname@example.org) by January 8, 2021. Please include the topic/question along with a person who is willing to take lead in framing up the topic for distribution.
We will allow 10 business days for voting/prioritization and then move forward with a recommendation for the top 2-3 topics/questions.
Each organization/institution should allocate time to complete the survey questions, which will be posted on the Forum, from February 1 - 12 to allow information collection to be complete prior to our February 22 Large Group Session.
